Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, Montana. This role leads hospital night operations, guiding clinical staff and optimizing patient flow across departments.

The ideal candidate has ADN/BSN, active MT RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS, and 3+ years in hospital settings (ICU/ED preferred). Competitive benefits with night differential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS required or must obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience; ICU/ED background preferred.
• Experience in patient flow management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing assignments, and coordinate transfers/admissions.
• Direct staff on interpreting and applying policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
