Qualifikationen

• RN license in the applicable state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required before first shift.
• Three years hospital nursing experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead response during urgent events and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Mentor teams and support service recovery with clinical judgment.
