Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an RN to serve as a Night House Supervisor and Float Pool RN in a critical access hospital setting in Missouri. This role blends hospital-wide leadership with clinical excellence, guiding operations, staffing, and patient care across departments.

The ideal candidate has a clear RN license, 3+ years of hospital experience, and BLS/ACLS readiness. A supportive team, strong decision-making, and calm leadership under pressure are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing.
• Three years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• BL S and ACLS certifications before first shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site clinical and administrative leader during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead response during urgent events and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Mentor teams and support service recovery hospital-wide.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners.
