Job summary

Mercy Washington and Surrounding Communities seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool for night shifts. This full-time role involves providing bedside nursing across multiple hospital units, with flexibility to float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU environments.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care while collaborating with diverse care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience; 2+ years for ICU/specialty areas.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy facilities within the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
