Mercy in Missouri seeks an on-site RN to lead the shift, overseeing clinical and administrative operations, staffing, patient flow, and urgent-event responses. You will also perform Float Pool duties across units, collaborating with teams and adapting to diverse patient needs.

As a resource and mentor, you will support clinical judgment and service recovery, contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment. RN license with BLS/ACLS and 3+ years hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years hospital nursing; five years preferred.
• Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift: serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader, ensuring smooth operations, staffing, patient flow, and response to urgent events.
• Float Pool RN duties: provide high-quality nursing care across various units, collaborating with teams and adapting quickly to different patient needs.
