Job summary

Mercy Perryville, MO is seeking a House Supervisor to lead multiple patient care departments during nights and weekends, ensuring safe, efficient operations, policy adherence, and high-quality support services that advance patient care.

The on-site clinical and administrative leader will supervise staff, coordinate staffing and patient flow in real time, lead responses during urgent events, and mentor teams while fostering a calm, safe environment and continuous service improvement across the

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing.
• RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications before first shift.
• Three years of hospital nursing experience (preferred: five years).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead response during urgent events and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Mentor staff and support teams with clinical judgment and service recovery.
