Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across stores in your district, traveling between locations to ensure standards and service are consistently met. This role offers a night differential for late shifts and opportunities to grow as we rapidly expand our store network.

In this position you will mentor and develop team members, delegate tasks, and partner with store leadership to uphold safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lb; up to 40 lb with assistance).
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment per regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
