Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across multiple locations in your district. The role combines hands-on leadership with a fast-paced, energetic retail environment, focusing on customer service, operations, and team development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask while standing for long periods and perform physical activities
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating toward shared goals
• Food service background preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing performance feedback to the General Manager
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations
• Foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
