Sheetz seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across district stores. You will delegate tasks, mentor teams, and maintain high service standards while rotating between locations to keep operations seamless.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a willingness to travel locally, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Multitask across store operations with physical activity requirements.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursement if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operations and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
