Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across several stores in the district. You'll lead teams, mentor staff, and maintain high service standards while traveling locally to support nearby locations.

The role emphasizes building a positive culture, adhering to performance standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, safety, and cross-store coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating to achieve store goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while meeting standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work closely with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Company standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
