Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor staff, and partner with the General Manager to maintain high service quality while traveling between stores.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask while performing physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching).
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds, with assistance for up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 in some tasks per state law).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while upholding operational and service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across stores.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
