Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead operations across several stores in the district. You’ll drive store success by mentoring team members, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the General Manager.

Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a night-shift differential and travel between locations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining safety/compliance, and fostering a positive store culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to reach goals.
• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities as described in the job post.
• Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to keep operations smooth.
• Foster a positive culture aligned with company standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores when needed.
