Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
