Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Thermoforming Operator for a 12-hour night shift to produce finished goods safely and efficiently. You will lead a small production team, coordinate tasks, monitor downtime, and ensure QA standards are met.

The role requires hands-on operation, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. You will also participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting plant operations and training staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate thermoforming machines to produce finished goods safely and cost-effectively.
• Lead and coordinate assigned team members (Assistants and Packers) to achieve daily production goals.
• Monitor and minimize downtime through efficient changeovers and best practices.
• Conduct QA testing and inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
• Maintain tool boards, machine boards, audits, and check sheets.
