Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking skilled Scalers for our state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis. This full-time role involves scaling minor ingredients, maintaining sanitation, and following GMP procedures on a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am).

You will input data into our ERP system and support production in a fast-paced environment. We value safety and reliability; candidates must lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• English proficiency to read, write, and understand safety instructions.
• Capable of inputting and retrieving information from a computer.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Working in cooler environments 40–70°F.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and GMP compliance.
• Inspect, measure and scale ingredients.
• Input data into ERP system.
• Operate and monitor production lines.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report machinery issues to supervisor or maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth line operation.
• Flexible to learn different job assignments.
