Responsibilities

• Document and track production variables, downtime, and samples.
• Follow SQF and GMPs.
• Conduct area audits.
• Review analytical test results and production parameters.
• Execute product hold procedures.
• Bake product.
• Investigate consumer and customer complaints.
• Perform HACCP verifications and related tasks.
