Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner and follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot small problems and discern when to escalate.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Basic math and simple computations required.
• Operate equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload milk within specifications.
• Inspect and transfer product to designated raw material silo.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Test and document milk loads.
• CIP of silos, lines, and raw milk tankers.
• Take samples for QA testing and monitor CIP chemicals.
• Monitor testing equipment and replace supplies as needed.
• Assist maintenance with pumps, valves, heat exchangers.
• Develop and train team members.
• Report safety or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area and follow GMP.
