The position follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with early hours, requiring strong teamwork, adherence to GMP, and the ability to take samples for QA tests.

Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner and follow all safety procedures.
• Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication.
• Basic computational skills required. Simple math reasoning required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures milk is received within specifications and meets all food safety and quality requirements.
• Responsible for loading and unloading trucks.
• Testing and documenting milk loads.
• CIP of Silos, associated lines, and raw milk tankers.
• Develop and train team members.
