fairlife, LLC in Dexter, NM is hiring a Milk Receiver for a night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will receive, separate, filtrate, sanitize, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include safety, troubleshooting, and maintaining audit-ready records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Pass the drug test and background check.
• Basic math and reasoning skills are required.
• Team-oriented yet able to work independently.
• Experience with fast-paced production lines is preferred.
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and workplace rules to produce quality products.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and report issues to supervisor.
• Monitor gauges and sounds to verify equipment functioning correctly.
• Clean equipment and surrounding areas to stay audit-ready.
• Adhere to color-coded container handling policies.
• Keep regulatory records and quality checks up to date.
• Assist in training new personnel and perform other duties as assigned.
