Continental Dairy Facilities, LLC in Coopersville, MI is hiring for a Night Shift role on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will receive incoming milk and products, ensure compliance with USDA, GMP, and safety standards, and support loading and testing activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work night shift.
• Ability to follow safety procedures including GMP.
• Willing to obtain Sampler’s Certificate and PMO Industry Analyst designation.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming products that meet legal and company standards.
• CIP of Tankers, Silos, and line circuits.
• Take proper samples of incoming products for bacteria, butterfat, SNF, and inhibitory substances.
• Perform appropriate testing for drug residues, temperature checks, titratable acidity, and other testing required by company or regulatory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; USDA inspection readiness must be maintained.
