Atrium Health Pineville’s 30-bed MICU seeks an experienced RN to deliver critical care to adult and geriatric patients, including those requiring ventilators, CRRT, and complex transfusion needs.

You will apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes, while contributing to a team focused on education, collaboration, and safety in a dynamic critical care environment.

Qualifications

• RN with the ability to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care per standards.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
