• We are a 30-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. Our patient population consists of adult and geriatric medical and surgical critical care patients.
• Wecare for patientsthat requireventilators, central lines,ContinuousRenal Replacement Therapy(CRRT), mass blood transfusions, Targeted Temperature Management(TTM),and more!
• The MICUstaffs and trainsthe facilitiesrapid response team.
• We maintain an operational Unit Practice Council (UPC) dedicated to enhancing the unit's policies and procedures, thereby optimizing workflow and elevating patient outcomes.
• We provide numerous opportunities for professional development and educational advancement tailored to critical care.
• We foster a team environmentthatencouragescollaboration, innovation, and mutual support to achieveshared goals.
• We are looking for teammates with a positive outlook, a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning, and a commitment to advancing their educational and clinical competencies.

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
