Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge is seeking an RN for the Medical ICU on day shift (7AM-7PM). You will coordinate and deliver patient-centered care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans of care.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and patient education, with opportunities to participate in life-saving interventions and continuous professional development within a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of Florida or compact state required/eligibility
• BCLS certification required at time of hire
• ACLS and PALS/NRP preferred but not required
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
