Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation.
• Promote safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the care team and delegate appropriately.
