Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center MICU is hiring a skilled RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a 29-bed unit focused on respiratory distress, sepsis, and multi-system organ failure. The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and strong teamwork.

Must have RN licensure in the state, 6+ months of RN experience, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire. Night shifts with a sign-on bonus are available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program or approved nursing education.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; not for new graduates.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state; BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire; 1 year inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.
