Job summary
International Motors, based in San Antonio, is expanding production with a night shift (Mon–Thu 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) slated to begin early 2027. This is a salaried supervisory role supporting a manufacturing operation, with occasional extended hours and weekend support as needed to meet business objectives.
Shift differential of 10% applies after transitioning to Night Shift. Candidates must have a degree with manufacturing experience or significant related experience and be authorized to work in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of production/manufacturing experience
- Master's degree with 1+ year of production/manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of production/manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise a represented workforce in a manufacturing facility
- Interface with internal and external customers to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives within the department
- Responsible for daily supervision of hourly employees, including attendance, discipline, training, and work performance
- Enforce contractual language and work with local Union Representatives toward grievance resolution and prevention
