Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: CNA certification or related coursework.
• Experience in healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN direction.
• Monitor vitals and observe patients' behavior and mental status.
• Document in EHR and report changes to the nurse in charge.
• Assist with de-escalation, safety checks, and restraints as directed.
• Support admissions, daily activities, and therapeutic groups as assigned.
