Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read/write English and communicate with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care and support to promote quality of life.
• Maintain safety and elevate the resident experience through teamwork and empathy.
