The Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, MO invites dedicated caregivers to join our memory care team as Memory Care Support Partners. This full-time role emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and accurate documentation, with a focus on compassionate care during night hours.

Shifts are overnight, 11:00pm–7:00am, with a schedule including weekdays and Sundays. Castlewood offers strong internal growth opportunities and a supportive team environment dedicated to resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a patient observer to learn residents' interests and abilities; collaborate on engagement plans.
• Master the mise en scène to set the stage for daily resident experiences, from dining to nighttime routines.
• Be a life partner by supporting residents through daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
