Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to join Castlewood in Nixa, MO, offering a full-time night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am with a pay range of $18–$23 per hour.

You will act as an empathy advocate, observe residents to tailor engagement plans, and ensure a safe daily routine while documenting changes and assisting with neighborhood orientation. Prioritizes resident well-being and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to use a computer to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Be an advocate of empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and tailor engagement plans.
• Support mise en scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for daily activities and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members to memory care neighborhoods.
