Qualifications

• Be an “Advocate of Empathy” and build human connections with residents.
• Discover residents’ interests and craft engagement plans.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma.
• English communication with residents required.
• Must be physically active and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Create empathetic connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe and learn residents’ interests and abilities; support engagement plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and changes in condition.
• Support orientation and onboarding for memory care staff.
