The Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, MO is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our compassionate team. This full-time role emphasizes empathy, assistance with activities of daily living, and creating a caring environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Must be active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking; assist after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care.
