Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (PRN) for The Castlewood in Nixa, Missouri. You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create engaging daily routines that support safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements include being 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in memory care orientation for new team members. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Willing to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents' interests and collaborate to create engagement plans.
• Prepare environments and guide daily routines to support residents' experiences.
• Partner with residents to support all facets of daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
