Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive new member sales. You will greet guests, manage front desk duties, handle inquiries, and support member sign-ups and updates.

Responsibilities include addressing member questions, assisting with tours, and maintaining a clean club environment while upholding service standards across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answer phone calls, take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
