Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance the member experience and drive new member sales. You will provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, managing check-ins and sign-ups, assisting with tours, and routing complex issues to the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
