Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, provide excellent service, and assist with inquiries at the front desk. You will manage tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and member information to ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, directing issues to the Club Manager, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all visitors and members.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answering phone calls politely to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
