Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an overnight Member Services Representative to welcome late-night and early-morning members, guide them to the right membership, and deliver a friendly, energetic Crunch experience.

You’ll blend membership sales with front-desk service and daily club operations, including cleaning tasks and preparing the club for the morning shift. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred; fitness, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Comfortable starting conversations, following up with prospects, and asking for the sale.
• Friendly, professional, and able to verbally communicate effectively with members, guests, and teammates.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn membership, sales, and payment systems.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, complete check-ins, and address account alerts according to club procedures.
• Conduct personalized club tours, learn about prospect goals, explain membership options, address objections, and close sales.
• Complete prospect follow-up and referral activities as assigned to support the club’s membership sales goals.
• Explain available amenities, promote membership upgrades and retail products, and connect members with personal training and other services.
• Process membership agreements, payments, and purchases accurately and maintain complete records in company systems.
• Answer calls, assist with member requests, and resolve concerns within your authority or refer them to club leadership.
• Help new members get started and support ongoing member engagement and retention.
• Complete assigned overnight cleaning and sanitizing duties, including equipment, workout spaces, restrooms, locker rooms, and other designated areas.
