• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check in members, sign up new members, give tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns; escalate to manager as needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close that day’s shift and prepare accurate bank deposit.
