Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Assist Club Manager with drawer counts and daily tasks.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain club cleanliness and be proactive on cleaning.
• Perform other duties as needed.
