Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-in, tours, sign up new members, calculate rates and monthly payments, assist in cash drawer.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions and issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as needed by club.
