Taymax Group, the multi-unit Planet Fitness franchisee based in Menifee, CA, is hiring a Member Services Representative. You will deliver a welcoming member experience, handle front desk duties, sign up members, tours for prospects, and keep the club tidy while supporting the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Diplomacy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Assist in counting the cash drawer as needed.
• Update member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain club cleanliness and daily tasks.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
