Qualifications

• Certification as a Resident Care Associate completed.

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and accurately record medications for residents.
• Monitor and document vital signs and reactions to medications.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality in resident care.
• Assist in daily medication management and supply restocking.
• Communicate clearly with residents and care team.
