Qualifications

• Certification as a Resident Care Associate is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain per policy.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program.
• Administer and accurately record medication administration as prescribed.
• Document updates and communicate resident needs to the Resident Care Director.
• Observe and report adverse reactions and effectiveness of medications.
• Maintain stock and restock medications as needed and requested.
