Job summary

Hudson Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Technologist to join our team as a Partner for Good, delivering accurate lab testing across Immunohematology, Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Serology, Urinalysis, Microbiology and Phlebotomy.

The role requires overnight shifts (7 on/7 off) and certification MT/CLS/MLS; a BS in Medical Technology and hospital lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Current MT/CLS/MLS certification (ASCP/AMT) or equivalent.
• Minimum one year hospital laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report clinical laboratory tests using automated, semi-automated and manual methods.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of instrument and assay problems.
• Maintain laboratory instrumentation and follow safety practices.
