Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), St. Mary’s Green Bay, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to perform routine and complex testing across clinical laboratory areas.

Under general supervision, you will ensure accurate test results to support diagnosis and treatment. This full-time night-shift role offers 36 hours per week with weekend/holiday rotation and a 12-hour shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM at Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
• NAACLS-accredited MLT program or equivalent.
• 60 college credits with 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology or 50-week military medical lab training.
• Certification eligibility within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex testing in major clinical laboratory areas.
• Analyze specimens and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure accurate and valid test results to support diagnosis and treatment.
