Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), St. Joseph's Highland is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to perform routine and complex testing in all major clinical laboratory areas.

Under general supervision, this role ensures accurate and valid test results that support diagnosis and treatment. Location: Green Bay, WI; Schedule: Full-Time, Nights, 36 hours/week with weekend/holiday rotation and 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required and NAACLS accredited medical laboratory technician program, OR
• Associate’s degree with 60 credits including 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology and completion of a 50 week US military medical laboratory training course, OR
• Associates degree with 60 credits including 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology and 3 years full time lab experience in an accredited lab last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex testing in all major clinical laboratory areas.
• Analyze specimens and prepare detailed reports to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure accurate and valid test results under supervision.

Education

NAACLS accredited medical laboratory technician program

50 week US military medical laboratory training

Associates degree with 60 credits including 6 chem and 6 bio + 3 years lab experience
