Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory or related field with 12-month NAACLS/ASCP internship required.
• ASCP or AMT certification must be obtained within 15 months from date of hire.
• BLS certification may be required within 30 days from date of hire depending on patient care performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform, verify, and report results of routine and complex laboratory procedures on body tissues, fluids and other substances.
• Assist supervisor with evaluating new instruments, quality control, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist team lead with apheresis procedures, bone marrows and coordinating educational sessions as needed.
