You will collaborate across departments, troubleshoot test systems, and help update procedures to meet CAP, TJC and OSHA standards. This position emphasizes shift communication and continuous competency development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MT/MLS or registry eligible.
• MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Adhere to CAP, TJC and OSHA regulatory requirements.

• Follow QA guidelines for equipment and work area, document corrective actions.
• Prepare reagents and manage test material inventory to reduce waste.
• Escalate issues and troubleshoot with appropriate department channels or hotline.
• Review and revise procedures to remain compliant with accrediting authorities.
• Maintain real-time communication across shifts and with leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings, task forces or projects to drive change.
• Engage in competency assessments where qualified.
