Qualifications

• MT (ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or equivalent required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency and follows testing procedures and policies.
• Prepares reagents and maintains adequate supplies; manages inventory to reduce waste/expense.
• Communicates shift-to-shift with leadership; participates in change planning and staff projects.
