Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field is required.
• Must be able to perform pre-analytical and analytical steps with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and specimen handling.
• Performs analytical testing and reports results in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintains quality control and participates in proficiency testing.
• Ensures compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Mentors staff and supports ongoing education as needed.
